Taco Pasta Salad

Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pkt taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 16 oz pkg Pasta of your choice
  • 1 2.5 oz can sliced olives drained
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 Cup Corn
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed Doritos
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

  1. In a skillet add the onion and the ground beef, cook until no longer pink, drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  3. During that time cook pasta according to directions on the package. Drain and run under cold water, place in a large bowl.
  4. Add the beef mixture, pepper, lettuce, olives, and corn and stir until combined.
  5. Add salsa and canola oil and mix again
  6. When you're ready to serve add in your crushed Doritos and cheese and stir until everything is combined.
