Tangy Greek Lamb Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons All Day Flavors Poppin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 burger buns, grilled
Toppings:
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Prepare your grill for cooking over high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl combine ground lamb, mint, dill, olives, All Day Flavors Poppin, salt and pepper until well incorporated. Divide the meat in 4 and form into burger patties.
  3. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Do not press on the patties while cooking.
  4. To assemble: add some baby arugula to the bottom bun, then the burger patty, followed by a couple tbsp of tzatziki sauce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, red onion slices and some crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
