  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (30-32 ounces) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pounds breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
