  • 1 box Barilla's thick spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Parmigiano cheese, shredded or grated
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Simple pasta joys: Parmigiano and pepper.
  1. Place a pot of water to boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions.
  3. Drain pasta reserving 1/3 cup of liquid.
  4. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and pepper.
  5. Stir in cheese and serve immediately.
