- 1 box Barilla's thick spaghetti
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup Parmigiano cheese, shredded or grated
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Place a pot of water to boil.
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Drain pasta reserving 1/3 cup of liquid.
- Toss in a bowl with olive oil and pepper.
- Stir in cheese and serve immediately.
