  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  1. In a nonstick frying pan add the butter and let it melt.
  2. Stir in the pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg, granulated sugar and pinch of salt.
  3. Toss everything together and let them fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve in bowl and enjoy.
