Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- In a nonstick frying pan add the butter and let it melt.
- Stir in the pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg, granulated sugar and pinch of salt.
- Toss everything together and let them fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve in bowl and enjoy.
