First make the cream cheese filling. In a large bowl whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the cream and sugar to the cream cheese then whip until the sugar has fully dissolved and the mixture resembles a thick custard. Add in the vanilla and food coloring and whip until fully combined and even in color.
To assemble the trifle, layer the crumbled cake, cheesecake mixture, fresh berries and crushed cooked. Repeat until the whole glass if full.
