Quick to make flatbreads with just three ingredients, and you will have a soft, colorful flatbread as a result. For this recipe, you only need mixed vegetables, crushed almonds, and eggs. For the green flatbread, we have broccoli and carrots or beetroot for the orange and purple or red flatbreads.

Then we want to mix it with our hands, make a center in it to place the eggs, whisk and blend till we have our dough. Bake it and leave it for 25-30 minutes. And for our final flatbread, we will use a carrot to get that orange color, here we will use cauliflower, a raw carrot, and the same ingredients. Eggs, almond flour and salt, and pepper. Carrot and beet flatbread dough are moister than the broccoli one but they dried up when baked.
