White Chicken Enchilada Pizza

White Chicken Enchilada Pizza


  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • ¼ cup milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 425. While the oven is preheating, spread dough into a 12 inch circle on a pizza stone or pan. Place in the oven to partially bake while the oven is preheating. Partially bake for about 7 -10 minutes. Remove.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Then add onion and garlic, saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in ¼ cup olives, sour cream, cream of chicken, green chilies and mix well over medium heat. Then remove ove heat.
  4. Spread the sauce on the partially baked crust then top with chicken, olives, and cheese.
  5. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or until the crust begins to get golden brown and cheese has melted.
