White Chocolate Gummy Bear Bark

White Chocolate Gummy Bear Bark


  • 16 oz. white chocolate (bars or morsels)
  • 1 bag Vegobears Malibu
  • Pink, white and red sprinkles

  1. Line a 9 x 13 inch microwave safe baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the 16 oz. of white chocolate in the pan in an even layer. In one minute increments, heat the chocolate in the microwave. Stir well in between increments. The white chocolate should be melted and easily spread to the sides of the pan.
  3. Evenly distribute the Vegobears Malibu on the melted chocolate.
  4. Add sprinkles.
  5. With a spatula, gently press the Vegobears Malibu and sprinkles into the chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until hardened.
  7. Remove from the pan and break into pieces.
