We hope this message finds you well and enjoy your Spring Cooking Panda Box! We’re writing today with some important news about our subscription service.
At Cooking Panda, we’ve always believed in providing high-quality, delightful foodie experiences delivered to your doorstep. However, the increasing costs of shipping and materials have presented us with significant challenges. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our subscription service following the completion of the current cycles.
For Our Annual Subscribers:
If you're an annual subscriber, rest assured, we will provide you with a full refund on the amount of boxes you have left within your subscription cycle. To receive a refund, please contact us at hello@cookingpanda.com with the email on file and our team will let you know how many boxes are left within your subscription and what the total refund amount will be for us to send you.
To claim a refund, please contact us by June 01, 2025 to claim any unused balance on your account.
For Our Seasonal Subscribers:
For those on a seasonal subscription, your current cycle will be the last. This means you will not be billed for any future boxes following the completion of your current season.
We understand that this news may be disappointing. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. Our team is committed to ensuring that your remaining boxes are as delightful and satisfying as ever. We're also exploring new ways to continue bringing you the joy of cooking and the excitement of culinary discovery.
We sincerely thank you for your support and understanding, and being part of our journey. Your enthusiasm and feedback have been the heart of Cooking Panda. While this chapter is closing, we're hopeful for the future and look forward to possibly serving you in new ways.
