Ingredients
- 1 round pie crust baked
- 1 cup dried apple chips
- 2 cups canned apple pie
- 2 cups canned apple pie filling
- 2 cups canned apple pie filling
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- ⅓ cup caramel sauce Whipped cream, for garnish
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- On a large sheet pan break the pie crust into chip sized pieces then sprinkle over the apple chips and gently toss to combine.
- Cut biscuits into quarters, flatten and top with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Seal biscuit dough very well around the cream cheese.
- On top of the pie crust layer on the apple pie filling, pudding and caramel sauce.
- Top with generous amounts of whipped cream and powdered sugar. Enjoy immediately!
